- 全鸡 &  鱼>> A whole chicken and fish are an essential part of the Chinese New Year meal as they represent specific symbols. The fish represents togetherness and abundance whilst the chicken represents completeness. You can also request for it to be cooked to your liking, stewed or maybe even roasted!

- 罗汉菜 >> Jai: This is a "must-have" vegetarian dish consisting of nutritious root and leafy vegetables, such as lotus seeds, Ginkgo nut, Black moss seaweed, dry beancurd, bamboo shoots and tofu. Each ingredient represents a unique belief, e.g. the lotus seeds are said to represent many male offsprings.

- 饺子 >>  Jiǎo.Traditional steamed dumplings usually with a meat filling, especially pork filling which is quite popular amongst Chinese people. However, we would recommend you to try various fillings to get a true experience.

- 春卷 >> Chūnjuǎn is a type of spring roll that has a mixture of meat and vegetables. It is usually enjoyed as a snack with family.
